ORDERS
Order by phone Monday through Saturday by calling (800) 624-7404.

Order by mail by printing and filling out our order form and mailing to Billie's Pecans, P.O. Box D, Crenshaw, MS 38621.

Order by fax by printing and filling out our order form. Our fax number is (662) 382-7786.

You may also order by email.

Business days are Monday through Saturday (Holidays & Sunday excluded).

SHIPPING
Shipping charges are listed on the order form and must be added to each address on your order. Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. All Hawaii and international orders are sent via Federal Express or the USPS. Call us for a quote. Sorry, we cannot guarantee international delivery. There will be a $6.00 charge for all address corrections, so please make sure you have the correct mailing address along with suite or apartment number.

Billie's Pecans is not responsible for the time it takes your order to deliver. Transit is dependent upon the carrier, destination and peak periods. The carrier's transit time may exclude weekends and holidays.

When shipping to someone else, their address is added to the Billie's Pecans mailing list.

DELIVERY
Please specify desired delivery date. We make every effort to have your order delivered just as you request. Christmas orders will be shipped the first or second week of December unless otherwise specified.

To ensure your holiday orders arrive on time, we must receive orders by November 17th for Thanksgiving and December 17th for Christmas.

Chocolate Covered Pecans cannot be shipped from May through September because of hot weather. They can still be ordered anytime for delivery after September.

A shipping address where you or your agent will be present to receive your order is an imperative. If no one is present on delivery, the carrier will leave the package(s) at the doorstep. Billie's cannot be responsible for deliveries that are not personally received.

GREETINGS
A personalized greeting card with your name and/or company name can be included with each gift. Don't worry, no advertising or prices will be sent with your gift orders.

PECAN STORAGE
Pecans are perishable and require cool, dry storage. They keep well in a tightly-sealed package in the refrigerator. For extended storage, freezing is best.

PRIVACY
Billie's Pecans will not share any information gained through our website with third parties.
